Just stayed a night at NH Ourense. Loved the spacious room with its quirky design! The breakfast buffet offered great options, including made-to-order omelets. The tight parking garage was a bit stressful, but the staff's warm hospitality totally made up for it.

Spent one night at Nh Ourense in a Standard Double Room. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a well-stocked mini-bar. I appreciated the effective heating and cooling system, keeping the atmosphere just right. The bathroom featured an overhead shower, large enough to feel luxurious, but getting into the high bath might be tricky for shorter guests. Wi-Fi performance was consistently strong, which made it easy to handle work. The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by vibrant bars and restaurants offering good food at reasonable prices. I enjoyed a delightful buffet breakfast, complete with made-to-order omelets which made the mornings more enjoyable. However, parking was somewhat challenging. The underground garage felt a bit confusing to access with ongoing road closures. Additionally, the rooftop bar was closed during my stay. I would have loved to enjoy a drink with a view. Despite minor inconveniences, the staff's cheerful attitude and readiness to assist truly made a positive impact on my experience. I'd definitely consider returning for both business and personal visits.

The parking garage is a nightmare with tight turns that cause stress!!! The awkward bathroom design with clear walls solves nothing for privacy and feels more like a design fail than a unique feature!!!

great experience but parking struggles

The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, which made for a restful night's sleep. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, especially in the 35C heat. The friendly staff provided excellent local tips, enhancing our stay significantly. I particularly enjoyed the efficient gym setup and the availability of fresh apples and water, which added a nice touch.

However, accessing the parking garage was a challenge with tight turns, creating some stress.

With 20 family members, we enjoyed the spacious family room. The Nespresso machine was a hit for coffee lovers, and the central location made it easy to explore the nearby thermal baths. The friendly staff helped us find great local spots.

My wife says that a children's play area would make it better.
